Refund Policy

1. Tutoring Sessions

​

TutorClub connects students and parents with independent tutors who provide online tutoring services. By booking a session, you agree to our refund policy:

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full credit or reschedule at no extra cost.
     

  • No-Shows: If you do not attend a scheduled session without notice, you may not be eligible for a refund.
     

  • Tutor Cancellations: If a tutor cancels a session, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a rescheduled session at no extra cost.

2. Packages & Prepaid Plans

  • Packages and prepaid plans follow the same cancellation and refund policy as single sessions.
     

  • To receive credit or reschedule, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
     

  • No-shows for sessions within a package may not be eligible for refunds or credits.

 

3. AI Homework Helper

​

Due to the nature of digital services, fees for the AI Homework Helper are non-refundable once access is provided.

Include your name, booking details, and reason for your request. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days using your original payment method.
